Interceptive Orthodontics and Comprehensive Treatment Planning and Exploring Treatment Mechanics of Brackets Versus Clear Aligners with Drs. Daniel Chartrand and Greg Gittleman

In this session, we will delve into the captivating field of interceptive orthodontics, shedding light on the intricacies of treatment planning with a focus on efficiency and patient-centered care. From the timing of intervention to addressing complex issues such as impacted canines, missing teeth, ankylosis, and airway we will cover a timing of intervention, airway dynamics, growth modification, facial harmony, and orthodontic decision-making.

In the hands-on, participants will delve into the intricate world of orthodontic treatment mechanics, comparing and contrasting the approaches of traditional brackets with clear aligners. This hands-on segment promises an engaging exploration of bracket placement, attachment design, and case setups.

Choose It or Lose It: Your Guide to Navigating Full Arch with Dr. Andrew Burke

This course is designed for clinicians who want to learn how to more efficiently incorporate All-on-X surgeries and restorations in your practice. Learn how to identify full arch cases, take proper records, and understand the process from implant placement to creating a final restoration.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Apply principles of full arch implant treatment to identify, diagnose and treatment plan the fully edentulous and soon-to-be edentulous patients.
  • Capturing records for prior to surgery and photography overview 
  • Describe the steps involved during GuidedSmile surgery
  • Discuss prosthetic conversion approaches using analog and photogrammetry 
  • Plan the maintenance schedule and follow-up of patients with implant-supported full arch reconstruction
  • Manage full arch complications
