Cancellation policy

Refunds less the transaction and processing fee will be provided for cancellations received in writing three weeks prior to the event date. After this date you may send an alternate to the event without additional charge. Exceptions will be granted on a case-by-case basis, with family and medical emergencies especially taken into consideration. To cancel your attendance at any event, contact Steve Neidlinger.
